The NAUCS is the coordinator of the implementation of the project “Participatory Democracy, Open Governance and Efficient e-Government Services” (hereinafter– the PADOS project) in Ukraine.
The overall objective of the PADOS project is to enhance the transparency and openness of decision-making and governance in six Eastern Partnership countries, and thus to support implementation of democratic principles of governance.
The beneficiary countries of the PADOS technical assistance project are: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine.
The project is implemented in close cooperation between the Finnish and Estonian experts` group and is funded by the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland.
The project consists of three components:
- Component I: Participation, e-Democracy, Open Governance.
- Component II: e-Governance, Cyber Security, Data Protection.
- Component III: Public Administration Reform.
