On November 20, 2013 at the premises of the Delegation of the European Union to Ukraine the meeting on selection of the project proposals from the EU member states, who expressed the desire to become partners with the Ministry of Regional Development and Construction of Ukraine on the Twinning Project implementation  "Introduction of a Management System of Wastes of Electric and Electrical Equipments (WEEE) in Ukraine" took place.

Ukraine received four proposals concerning prospective partnership from the Austrian Republic, French Republic and the Kingdom of Spain.

During the meeting the proposals from the EU member states on implementation of the measures of the prospective project were considered as well as the peculiarities of their implementation were discussed.

The representatives of the beneficiary and the Delegation of the European Union to Ukraine took part in the event.

Ievgen Korobov, senior consultant of the Unit of the Project Management of the Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union took part in the meeting. 

For reference: since 2005 according to the Decree of the President of Ukraine dated on 06.10.2005 № 1424/2005 «The Issue on Provision of the Twinning Programme Implementation in Ukraine»  the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service directs and coordinates the activity on preparation and implementation the Twinning Programme in Ukraine. Moreover the NAUCS is the national coordinator of implementation of the institutional building instrument TAIEX and CIB Programme according to the relevant legal acts.
