The project will be implemented jointly with the Ministry of Transport and Public Works of Spain and the Ministry of Transport, Construction and Maritime Economy of Poland.

During the event, the Project Leader from consortia Matilde Fernandez Balbin (Spain) presented the aims and main tasks of the project. The Junior Project Leader (Poland) Jakub Kapturzhak also outlined the contribution of the Polish side of the project in his speech.

For reference: since 2005 according to the Decree of the President of Ukraine dated on 06.10.2005 № 1424/2005 «The Issue on Provision of the Twinning Programme Implementation in Ukraine»  the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service directs and coordinates the activity on preparation and implementation the Twinning Programme in Ukraine. Moreover the NAUCS is the national coordinator of implementation of the institutional building instrument TAIEX and CIB Programme according to the relevant legal acts.
