The aim of the project is to promote the education system reform according to European policy.
The Project will be implemented by the Ministry Education and Science, Youth and Sports of Ukraine in cooperation with the University of Copenhagen in Denmark and German Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training.
The Project is focused on strengthening the ability of the Ministry Education and Science, Youth and Sports of Ukraine in regard to the effective implementation of national qualification model. The implementation of the project will last 21 months.

On Fabuary 19, 2013 the conference on occasion of Twinning Project Opening on «Modernization of legislative standards and principles of education and training in line with the EU-Policy in Lifelong Learning» took place in the premises of the Ministry Education and Science, Youth and Sports of Ukraine.
