On June 1, 2011 meeting within framework of the 1^st draft contract preparation of Twinning project "Strengthening the regulatory and legal capacity of the NCCR in the telecommunications sector" for National Commission of Ukraine for Regulation of Communications was held at the premises of NCCR.

During the meeting the mentioned draft contract was discussed, proposals to its content and other practical issues were presented by the involved parties.

Implementation of the project will be performed by the consortium of Spain, Latvia and Sweden.

The meeting was participated by Project Leader from Spain Mr Fabio del Alisal, Project Leader from Ukraine, NCCR Board Member Ms Iryna Polishchuk,   Head of International Cooperation Unit of NCCR Ms Tetyana Farmagey, Head of Sector for International Cooperation Projects of the Center/ manager of this Twinning project Nadiia Kyzytska and others representatives of the consortium and the beneficiary.
