On August 20, 2010 at the premises of the School for Senior Civil Service training workshop on the effective use of programming software "Card" was conducted.

The event was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy, Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Ukraine, Ministry of Emergencies and Affairs of Population Protection from the Consequences of Chernobyl Catastrophe, Ministry of Fuel and Energy and representatives of other central executive bodies.

 During the seminar, Head of E-government Unit of Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union Yuriy Schepotko familiarized participants with the basic interface of "Card" system, with specific classifier, elements of subsystem "Staff list" elements, method of export and import of personal cards with control procedures and principles of administration.
 
During the second part of the seminar participants discussed the scope of methodological and practical aspects of using of programming software "Card" in the personnel management of public authorities.
