On January 22, 2010 the second day of International forum “On the way to the service state” under the chairmanship of Tymofiy Motrenko, Head of the MDCSU passed.

More than 70 persons participated in the event, in particular: the representatives of the Main Department of the Civil Service of Ukraine, the Heads of Municipal bodies of the MDCS, foreign experts who are the partners in “Technical Support to Public Sector Reforms in Ukraine” Project implementation, representatives of the Ministries, Cabinet of the Ministers of Ukraine Secretariat,  Ambassador of of Denmark Michael Borg-Hansen, the Head of Danish Department of Neighborhood Policy and Russia of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Denmark, Ole Christoffersen, mass-media etc
