On April 12, 2011 meeting in the framework on preparation of Institutional Reform Plan in the sphere of migration took place. Nataliya Kyrychenko, Deputy Director of Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union and Oleksander Sushko, Research Director of the Institute for Euro-Atlantic Cooperation (ІEAC) discussed issues on development and realization of state policy in the migration sphere, in particular institutional aspects.

Deputy Director of the Center for adaptation of the Civil Service to the standards of the European Union, N. Kirichenko сhaired the interministerial meeting on the preparation of the Institutional Reform Plan in the sphere of migration of the Comprehensive Institutional Building programme within the EU's initiative  „Eastern Partnership”.

On April 11, 2011 the seminar on application of TAIEX instrument in Ukraine was held in the premises of the Main Department of Civil Service of Ukraine. The main goal of the meeting was to familiarize professional associations with external assistance instrument TAIEX, which aimed to enhance the professional capacity of the public servants, information exchange and adaptation of the national legislation to the European Union standards.

Deputy Director of the Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union Ms Nataliya Kyrychenko had the meeting with the UNHCR Regional Representative for the Republic of Belarus, Republic of Moldova and Ukraine Mr Oldrich Andrysek.

During the meeting there was discussed issues of the realization of the Comprehensive Institutional Building Programme in the framework of the EU „ Eastern Partnership”initiative, in particular the process of preparation of the Institutional Reform Plan in the sphere of Migration.
