Meeting re Twinning Fiche Preparation for MDCSU

On 9 March 2010 Volodymyr Tkach, first Deputy Head of the Main Department of Civil Service of Ukraine (MDCSU), met with Ivica Ezdenci, EC Consultant re preparation of the Twinning Fiche for the "Support to the Civil Servants Training in Ukraine" project.

In the meeting also participated: Natalia Kyrychenko, Deputy Director, Twinning Programme Administration Office and Eugen Nigaj, Head, International Development Projects and European Integration Division, Department for Civil Service Modernisation, MDCSU.

During the meeting the participants discussed mandatory results and their sustainability after the project implementation phase.
