Representatives from PAO in Ukraine also took part in the meeting: the Head of Department on Coordination Twinning and SIGMA programmes Olena Cherniy, Senior Consultant of Department on Coordination Twinning and SIGMA programmes Iryna Luchynska, Acting Head of Sector for Montoring of Institutional Instruments of PAO Viktor Kozlov.

The aim of the visit is the learning Ukrainian experience in the involving and implementing of Twinning, TAIEX and SIGMA instruments of the institutional development.

This educational visit will last from February, 15 till February, 19th, 2010.

During the meeting it was discussed the questions on history of the implementation institutional instruments in Ukraine, legal frameworks in cooperation between Ukraine – EU, coordination system of the European integration in Ukraine and organizational structure, function of PAO.
