The participants were Andriy Vyshnevsky, Deputy Head of the MDCSU; Oleksandr Shevchenko, Deputy Head of the MDCSU and heads of the departments of the MDCSU and Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standarts of the EU, who responsible for project preparation and implementation.
