The above mentioned work group meeting was dedicated to elements and process of elaboration of a strategy for civil servants training in Poland, Romania and France. Such introduced experience gave an opportunity to discuss further Ukrainian strategy in this field and also to plan agenda of the next work group meetings in the framework of the above mentioned Twinning project.
Deputy Head of MDCSU Olena Tertyshna welcomed participants of the event. She stressed on the importance of such meetings for improvement of the civil servants training system in Ukraine.
Twinning expert, Special Counsellor "Reform and statutes" at France Coopération Internationale Raymond Piganiol, Twinning expert, member of the consultative council on sociological research, Chancery of the Prime Minister of Poland Robert Sobiech, Twinning expert, associated expert to the Romanian National Institute of Administration Anca Radu, resident Twinning advisor Hugues Fantou and representatives of the state bodies of Ukraine took part in the meeting. Andriy Bega, Deputy Director of Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the standards of the European Union and Olesya Tsykaliuk, Acting Head of the Sector of Cooperation with the SIGMA Program of Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union were present at the event.
