SIGMA Programme Expert Mission on Evaluation of the Public Finances started

On April 6, 2010 expert mission on SIGMA programme started, the aim of which is to evaluate public administration in the management of public finances, including budget policy, financial management and control, internal and external audit.

The visit of the SIGMA experts will last until April 9, 2010. It is planned that experts will meet the officials of financial-economic sector of Ukraine, including Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Economy, Main Control and Revision Office, Accounting Chamber, structural units of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers, responsible for financial policy and other stakeholders, including non-governmental agencies.
