Steering Committee Meeting of the NAPA TWG Project

On March 16, 2010 the second Steering Committee meeting of the Twinning project «Support to the Development and Improvement of the Civil Servants Training System in Ukraine through the Institutional Building of the National Academy of Public Administration of Ukraine» was held in the premises of the National Academy of Public Administration under the Office of the President of Ukraine (NAPA). Beneficiary of project are NAPA and the Main Department of Civil Service of Ukraine.

During the meeting participants discussed results of the project implementation, quarterly report, difficulties and further steps of the project implementation.

Yuriy Kovbasiuk, NAPA President, Emmanuel Vergne, Project Leader (France), Olena Tertyshna the Deputy Head of MDCSU, manager of the component, Kachur Sophia, Deputy Director of the School of Senior Civil Service, Maryna BilynskaVice President of NAPA the President of Ukraine, Hugues Fantou, Resident Twinning Adviser, Olga Bosak, RTA Counterpart, Volodymyr Kondrachuk, Project Manager of the EC Delegation to Ukraine, Olesya Tsykaliuk ,Project coordinator of the Twinning Administration Office took part in the meeting.
