In the meeting also took part Director of the School of Senior Civil Service Tetiana Kovtun and Head of Unit for Administration Reform of the Center of Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union Valentina Afanasieva.

During the meeting propositions of the Main Department of the Civil Service of Ukraine on the improvement of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine structure and procedure of its interaction with the General Headquarter Staff of the Military Forces, including international expertise on the matter were presented.
