The round table “Estimation of authorities potential according to execution of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and European Union ”

On December 7th, 2009 the Deputy Head of the MDCSU Andriy Vyshnevskiy participated in the round table “Estimation of authorities potential according to execution of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the EU ”. The action led by Director of the Coordination Bureau on European and EuroAtlantic Integration of Ukraine of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Vadym Trukhan.

Main Department of Civil Service represented Director of the School of Senior Civil Service Tatyana Kovtun and the Head of Civil Service Policy and Development Strategy Analysis Department Vitaly Baev Main Department of Civil Service represented also.

The previous results of the functional investigation of executive power in Ukraine concerning readiness for the organisation of effective execution of Ukrainian obligations according to the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the EU were represented and discussed.
