Action was opened by representative of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Oleksandr Svyrydyuk.

The conference is being attended by representatives of the Coordination Bureau of European Integration, the Commissioner for Human Rights, Ministry of Regional Development and Consrtuction,Ministry of Agrarian Policy, Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the standarts of the European Union, Office of the Committee for European Integration of Poland.
