International cooperation strategy of the MDCSU was presented at the international donor conference

On November, 30, 2009, the international donor conference was held at the conference hall of the School of Senior Civil Service, where the International Cooperation Strategy of the Main Department of the Civil Service of Ukraine for 2009-2011 was presented. The conference was attended by heads and representatives of Ukraine’s leading charity funds, representative offices of international foundations, international technical assistance projects, and business schools of Ukraine. Director of the Center, Sergiy Kucheruk and the first deputy director, Andriy Bega, also participated in the conference.

During the conference, the School of Senior Civil Service was introduced as a priority platform for international cooperation of Civil Service of Ukraine in the field of public administration and as innovative project in the system of civil service. The School also serves as a resource center for the formation of highly professional administrative elite.

The conference was opened by Tymofiy Motrenko, Head of the Main Department of Civil Service. Andriy Vyshnevsky, Deputy Head of the MDCSU, delivered a presentation «Strategy of International Cooperation of Civil Service of Ukraine».Tetyana Kovtun, Director of the School of Senior Civil Service, spoke on the topic «The School of Senior Civil Service: Glance in the Future». She noted that the main mission of the School was to transfer advanced international experience to the higher corps of civil service.
