For each application, one copy should be sent by the email address of the National Contact Point. Deadline for submission of Twinning proposals by the National Contact Points to the Contracting Authority (Delegation of the European Commission to Ukraine, with copy to the Programme Administration Office) is 16 March 2009, 17:00 Kyiv time. Selection meeting will be conducted on 2 April 2009 at the premises of the EC Delegation to Ukraine. The Member State's delegation should be represented at least by the Project Leader and the Resident Twinning Advisor.

The aim of the Twinning project is to enhance the capacity of the National Bank of Ukraine to act as Ukraine’s central bank.
