On July 10, 2014 the newly appointed Head of the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service (hereinafter – the NAUCS) Kostiantyn Vashchenko was introduced to the professional staff of the NAUCS, the Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union and the School of Senior Civil Service.

During the event the Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman admitted that Kostiantyn Vashchenko had significant professional experience and at the same time he managed to save modern vision of the country development process. According to the words of Volodymyr Groysman the issue of the development of the civil service reform concept was considered to be one of the primary targets of the Government of Ukraine had been set for the NAUCS.

Kostiantyn Vashchenko in his speech thanked the Government of Ukraine for the confidence expressed and underlined that the NAUCS would make efforts in order to execute all the assignments in the area of civil service reform.
