Ukrainian - European negotiations within the framework of three-day mission of representatives of the European Commission Directorate General "EuropeAid"

On March 18, 2010 in the premises of the Delegation of the European Union to Ukraine negotiations on identifying priorities for cooperation between EU and Ukraine in the framework of the National Indicative Programme for 2011 -   2013, including the Annual Action Programme for 2011 within the three-day mission of representatives of the European Commission Directorate General "EuropeAid" took place.

Andriy Vyshnevsky, the Deputy Head of the MDCSU, Director of Twinning Programme Administration Office, Laura Garagnani, the Head of Operations/Coordinator for Cooperation of the Delegation of European Commission to Ukraine, Olena Kucherenko, the Director of Department for International Technical   Assistance and Cooperation with International Financial Institutions, the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, Martsia Petrelli, the European Commission Directorate General "EuropeAid", Andriy Ishchenko, the Bureau of European integration of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and others took part in the event.

Andriy Vyshnevsky made a presentation on preparation the Government of Ukraine the reform of public administration and civil service, pointing to three key areas of planned reform: reform of central and local self-government, civil service reform and implementing e-government, as well as the readiness of the Government of Ukraine to finance the implementation of these reforms. Concluding  his statement of Andrii Vyshnevsky delivered to the European party the draft Concept of the State Target Program of Public Administration and Civil Service Reform for 2011 - 2015.
