On January, 12, 2010, the Head of the Main Department of Civil Service of Ukraine Tymofiy Motrenko took part in the sitting of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security and Defence, , Judicial Policy and Legislative Support of Law Enforsement, during the sitting he reported about a project of Law of Ukraine “On Civil Service” (revised).
On the meeting results it was decided to delay the law draft for simultaneous handling of law drafts “On Civil Service” (revised), “Ministries and other central executive authorities” and offers of MDSCU about changing of structure and system of executive authorities, wich were amended on results of functional analysis.
