Representatives of Twinning Programme Administration Offices of Ukraine and Azerbaijan met

On 21 November 2009, a working meeting was held between representatives of the Twinning Programme Administration Offices of Ukraine and Azerbaijan at the Centre for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union.

The aim of the meeting was to discuss the mechanism for implementing the Twinning instrument and identifying key practical problems that arise at various stages of development and implementation of Twinning projects.

During the meeting the participants also reviewed the functioning of the TAIEX instrument in Ukraine, achievements and outlook for the future.
