On 29 March, 2010 Council on Administrative Reform realization issues in Ukraine chaired by Vice-Prime Minister of Ukraine Serhiy Tihipko took place in the premises of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. The Council was participated by representatives of key ministries and other central executive bodies of Ukraine.

 On 23 March, 2010 Director of Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union Serhiy Kucheruk took part in the meeting of top-managers of Main Department of the Civil Service of Ukraine (MDCSU) with Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Republic of France to Ukraine Jacques Faure.<hr id="system-readmore" />

On April 9, 2010 the first steering committee meeting in the framework of Twinning project "Strengthening the National Bank of Ukraine Potential through the Approximation to EU Standards of Central Banking" for National bank of Ukraine (NBU) was held. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the project implementation during the first quarter, covering the period from December 22, 2009 to March 21, 2010.

On 9 April, 2010 in the premises of Union of Auditors of Ukraine the meeting between SIGMA programme expert Andy Anderson and members of Union of Auditors of Ukraine was held in the framework of 4 days duration visit of SIGMA programme experts to Ukraine.

  The meeting was dedicated to consideration of Ukrainian audit system, the role of main stakeholders in audit sphere. Also some problematic issues which should be solved was discussed during the event.

On April 9, 2010 the meeting of Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) work group on Institutional Renewal and Good Governance of the Organization of Black Sea Economic Cooperation has finished in Istanbul, the Republic of Turkey. Andriy Bega, the First Deputy Head of the Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of European Union participated in the meeting on behalf of Ukraine as a country-coordinator of the work group in years 2009-2011.

On April 12, 2010 meeting between representatives of Twinning Programme Administration Office (PAO) and Belarusian delegation: Leonid Orlov, Executive Director of the Tacis Coordinating Unit of the Belarus, Boris Smolin, Team Leader of the EU TANCU project of the Belarus was held.

On April 13, 2010 1st work group meeting on functional review of Regional State Administrations in Kherson region chaired by Deputy Head of Main Department of the Civil Service of Ukraine (MDCSU) Andriy Vyshnevsky took place.

On April 14, 2010 the videoconference of the Joint Committee at Senior Officials level on implementation of the EU-Ukraine Association Agenda was held in the premises of the Delegation of the European Union to Ukraine.

On April 16, 2010 meeting with the framework expert Jukka Karnevisto regarding preparation of the Twinning Fiche took place in the premises of the National Commission of Ukraine for Regulation of Communications (NCURC).

On 16 April, 2010 in the premises of Ministry of Justice of Ukraine under the chairmanship of Deputy Minister of Justice, Head of the Ukrainian part of the Subcommittee № 6 Valeria Lutkovska the sitting of the Ukrainian part of the Subcommittee  № 6 "Justice, Freedom and Security" of the Ukraine – EU cooperation Committee took place. The purpose of the event was the preparation to the next joint sitting of the Subcommittee № 6 to be held on 28 April, 2010 in Kyiv.
