The new structure of the MDCSU joined into force
The new structure of the MDCSU joined into force since January 1, 2010.
According to the tasks of the MDCSU for 2010 in the structure of the Head Office of the MDCSU was created the Legal Department – on the basis of the previous Legal Department, the Civil Service Modernization Department was created – on the basis of the Civil Service Policy and Development Strategy Analysis Department.
In the conference hall of the School of Senior Civil Service the staff meeting took place
On December 24, 2009 in the conference hall of the School of Senior Civil Service the staff meeting of the Main Department of Civil Service, the Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standarts of the European Union and the School of Senior Civil Service took place.
The Deputy Head of the Main Department of the Civil Service of Ukraine Andriy Vyshnevsky took part in the sitting of the Governmental Committee on Legal Policy ,Defence, and Law- Enforcement Activity
On December 22, 2009 The Deputy Head of the Main Department of the Civil Service of Ukraine Andriy Vyshnevsky took part in the sitting of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security and Defence, , Judicial Policy and Legislative Support of Law Enforsement.
Under chairmanship of Mr. Tymofiy Motrenko, the Head of the MDSCU the second session meeting of the Coordination Council was held
On Decemeber 22, 2009, under chairmanship of Mr. Tymofiy Motrenko, the Head of the Main Department of the Civil Service of Ukraine the second session of the Coordination Council the State Target Programme on Training, retraining and qualification raising of specialist in the sphere of the European and Euro-Atlantic integration in 2008-2011 was held (further – Coordination Council).
Director of the Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union took part in the ceremony of Twinning Project closure
On 17 March 2010 director of the Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union Sergiy Kucheruk took part in the ceremony of Twinning Project “Introduction and Development of Quality Management within the Ukrainian Police” closure which took place in the premises of Ministry of Interior of Ukraine.
Official closure of Twinning project in the space sphere
On March, 15, 2010 the official closure of the Twinning project "Boosting Ukrainian Space Cooperation with the European Union" was held in the conference hall of the School for Senior Civil Service. The event summarized the whole project implementation process. The Twinning project duration was 24 months during which a team of experts from France, Germany and Ukraine successfully managed it.
Business trip of the PAO Deputy Director to Vienna
On March 11, 2010 Natalia Kyrychenko, Deputy Director, Twinning Programme Administration Office started a business trip to Vienna, Austria.
Johannes Eigner, ambassador, Head of Department (Enlargement) informed in his welcome speech about importance of the Twinning projects cooperation between Austria and Ukraine. Austria have a wide experience in the European integration process and ready to share it with Ukraine.
Andriy Vyshnevsky, the Deputy Head of MDCSU participated in the 34-th meeting of the Ukrainian part of EU - Ukraine Cooperation Committee
On March 4, 2010, Andriy Vyshnevsky, the Deputy Head of MDCSU took part in the 34-th meeting of the Ukrainian part of EU - Ukraine Cooperation Committee.
Mr Vyshnevsky informed on agenda issues “Plan of Involvement of European Commission’s External Assistance in the Framework of TAIEX”, told about application of TAIEX instrument in Ukraine and main achievements in 2009.
EU mission on Comprehensive institution building programme started
On Fabruary 23, 2010 in premises of Delegation of the EU to Ukraine held the sitting EU mission on Comprehensive institution building programme under chairmanship of Andriy Vishnevsky, deputy Head of MDCSU, Director of PAO.
Two-day workshop “Functional Reviews and Audits” was finished
Two-day workshop “Functional Reviews and Audits” was finished. It aimed to discuss improvement the methods of functional reviews in Ukraine, to exchange of experience with international best practices in this area and make partner relationship for organization in project framework of the UN Programme Regional Center for Public Administration Reform. In the event took part practitioners of public administration, scientists and representatives of search organizations from CIS, Balts counties and Central- Eastern Europe-Faruk Pasic (Bosnia and Herzegovina), Meruert Makhmutova (Kazakhstan), Nuripa Mukanova (Kyrgyzstan), Serghui Ostaf (Moldova)
