35th meeting of Ukrainian part of Ukraine-EU Cooperation Committee

On July 22, 2010 in the premises of the House of Government 35th meeting of Ukrainian part of Ukraine-EU Cooperation Committee was held.

During the meeting the following issues were discussed: energy cooperation between Ukraine and EU, preparation of Comprehensive Institution Building Programme (CIB), extension of the Agreement between Ukraine and EU on cooperation in science and technology; approval of a plan to attract external assistance of European Commission within the framework of TAIEX on the II half of 2010 and approval of project proposals to the Twinning projects; establishment of policy analysis groups in central executive bodies, the possibility of incorporation of the interests of Ukraine in the formation of the EU budget for 2014-2018 years and priorities for collaboration with the Public Expert Council at the Ukrainian part of Ukraine-EU Cooperation Committee.
 
From the Main Department of Civil Service of Ukraine in the meeting took part its Deputy Head Andriy Vyshnevsky. He came forward with the report on presentation preparation of Comprehensive Institution Building Programme (CIB), in which he spoke about the importance of the program for Ukraine, its features, risks and next steps. AlsoAndriy Vyshnevsky briefed on the plan to attract external assistance of European Commission within the framework TAIEX on the II half of 2010 and approval of proposals to the Twinning project, as well as the on formation of policy analysis groups in central executive bodies of Ukraine.
