Head of Ukrainian delegation was Andriy Vyshnevsky, Deputy Head of MDCSU / Director of the Administrative Office of Twinning Programme. On the European side meeting hostedLaura Garagnani, Head of Operations of the Delegation of the European Union to Ukraine and a representative of the European Commission Directorate General for EnlargementDouglas Carpenter.
During the conference the latest version of the Framework Document on CIB was discussed, as well as issues relating to training programs, including the expansion of tools available for Ukraine to achieve its objectives, timing and procedure of signing the Framework Document.
On the results of the event it was agreed to form the final version of the document by the end of June 2010.
The event was also attended by representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Bureau for European Integration of Ukraine of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, Twinning Programme Administrative Office, Ministry of Economy of Ukraine and others.
