The purpose of study visit is to exchange experiences on human resources management, including review of the selection procedure and the civil service remuneration system for civil service ethics, training system and retraining of civil servants.

During the event, participants have the opportunity to take part in the award ceremony of public officials and the Office of the Prime Minister of Poland, visit Subcarpathian Voivodeship Office in Rzeszów and Lublin Voivodeship Office in Lublin.
