Natalia Kyrychenko, Deputy Director of Twinning Programme Administration Office (PAO), informed about the results of the 8th TPCG meeting and accentuated on that Twinning can be considered as additional resource for achieving specific purpose from one side, but such resource required additional human and material resources from other side.
Eleonora Nikolaichuk, Sector Manager, Public Finance, Twinning, TAIEX and SIGMA, the ECD, outlined the problematic issues on the stages of preparing and implementing of Twinning projects.
Project manager on Twinning, PAO, Iryna Luchynska presented principles, main features and procedure of Twinning and main features of TOR preparation. Features of preparation of Twinning Fiche and Twinning Light presented project manager on Twinning, PAO, Olesya Tsykalyuk. Sector managers in the relevant areas of the EU Delegation in Ukraine also took part at the seminar.
