On November 4, 2010 the Steering Committee meeting of the Twinning project "Regulatory and Legal Capacity Strengthening of Natural Gas Regulation in NERC” took place.

The meeting was held in the premises of National Electricity Regulatory Commission. There were discussed realization of activities during of the fourth quarterly period (from 18.06.10 to 17.09.2010). Also the participants reviewed the report and general project progress by Component and planned of the project implementation in next quarter.

Carlo Crea, MS Project Leader (Italy), Victor Merkushov, MS Project Leader (Ukraine), Olga Simak, Delegation of the European Commission to Ukraine Sector Manager, Lemlem Said Issa Resident Twinning Adviser (RTA), Olena Romanyuk, RTA-Assistant, Oliviero Bernardini, Short-term expert (STE), Oksana Shumilo, leading specialist of NERC strategic planning and energy markets development department, Iryna Luchynska, project manager from PAO, Olesya Tsykaliuk, Head of SIGMA cooperation sector, PAO took part in the meeting.

Next Steering Committee Meeting will held on February 3, 2011.
