The objective of the mission is to provide recommendations on the revision of the draft of the Law of Ukraine “On Public Procurements”. In the course of the mission, SIGMA Programme experts conducted meetings with the representatives of public authorities, which are responsible for the above-mentioned law elaboration, particularly with the representatives of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and Administration of President of Ukraine as well as provided relevant consultative assistance for the Ukrainian side pertaining this matter.
